Body Image, Self-esteem & Journaling!

While many victims/survivors tend to have a negative body image, it is important for them to know that regardless of what traumatic event you have been through, your body is beautiful.

Do not neglect yourself worth and self-esteem. Know that you are worthy and surround yourself with people that genuinely love you.

If you would rather not talk to anyone, your pen and your journal can be your best friend. Write about how your feeling, memories, or something you did that day that you enjoyed as it can be very therapeutic.
