Safe Student Initiative™
Educating students since 2015
Both in-person and virtual presentations are now available.
Let’s start a conversation.
Safe Student Initiative™ educates students from middle school to college with age-appropriate, survivor-led interactive presentations including healthy relationships, consent, bystander intervention, digital danger, and rape culture.
During these 30 to 60-minute presentations, students will learn:
To set and respect boundaries
Differences between healthy and unhealthy relationships
What it means to give and receive consent
How to identify and safely intervene during a potentially dangerous situation
To recognize the signs of online abuse
To empower each other to push back against rape culture
Firsthand survivor stories & experiences
Resources available to support survivors
Unless previous arrangements are made with Jane Doe No More, the host will have a counselor available during and immediately following our presentation, as we will be discussing topics that may be triggering for students.
All of our programs are
led by survivors.
Our professionally trained team of survivors share their stories and ignite conversations with your students and staff. We discuss the many types of sexual crimes, provide support for victims and enlighten everyone on what we can do to aid in prevention.
1 in 4 girls and 1 in 6 boys will be sexually abused before their 18th birthday*
*RAINN
We give students a forum for crucial conversations about sexual respect.
Our Safe Student Initiative program is customized individually for middle school, high school and college audiences.
We provide tools and training that meet your state and federal mandates including Title IX and Erin's Law. And most importantly, we get students talking about healthy and unhealthy relationships, consent, bystander intervention, and rape culture.
