HOST APPLICATION

Our 4-hour Escape Alive self-defense program is customized to give women and girls a fighting chance in the face of an attack. The class combines one (1) hour of educational awareness along with three (3) hours of physical skills.

Venue/Host is responsible for one table for registration check-in, access to an outlet and chairs/bleachers for all participants to sit during the educational awareness portion of the class. The room must be a minimum of 1000 square feet of open space to allow for adequate room for a 40 minimum – 50 maximum participant class.

Please supply and submit the required information below. You can expect to hear from us within one week of receipt of your application as all applications are reviewed on a weekly basis.
