Sexual harassment can negatively affect an individual’s mental, emotional and physical well-being as well as work performance and hinder opportunities to advance their career.
Sexual harassment can be verbal, nonverbal or physical and may include a range of inappropriate behaviors, including ‘jokes’, texts, emails, touching, and catcalling.
It is so important as a survivor that you know that it is not your fault and you are not alone.
