In-person, interactive training including role play for employers and employees to help ensure a healthy and safe work environment, free of sexual harassment. Training covers state policies and reporting procedures that fulfills training mandated by CT state law.

Our Sexual Harassment Prevention Training provides businesses of all kinds with in-person, real-life experiences to help create a respectful and safe work environment.

This 2-hour CT mandated training will cover:

  • Understanding the different types of sexual harassment

  • Identifying inappropriate behavior

  • Learning appropriate action to take

  • Empowering individuals to report

  • Working together to prevent sexual harassment

Sexual harassment can negatively affect an individual’s mental, emotional and physical well-being as well as work performance and hinder opportunities to advance their career.

Sexual harassment can be verbal, nonverbal or physical and may include a range of inappropriate behaviors, including ‘jokes’, texts, emails, touching, and catcalling.
