I am a victim of child sexual abuse by my best friend's grandpa. I enjoy hiking, skiing, spending time with family, friends and my 2 St. Bernards.

The best piece of advice that I could give someone is that you can never take too many deep breaths. Life is not going to be easy, but it is important to stop and take care of yourself. Being able to stop myself and just breathe when I recognize I am overwhelmed has been so helpful.
