For women & girls 12 years of age and older. Our classes are always FREE of charge to participants.
This 4-hour class will cover:
Firsthand survivor stories & experiences
Confidence-building skills
Striking skills to enable escape
Awareness tips
Comprehensive verbal and physical prevention strategies
Option for one-on-one attack simulation with instructor in padded suit
