Prerequisite to register for this FREE Escape Alive Survival Skills Level 2 Class:

You must have taken the FREE Escape Alive Survival Skills Level 1 Class
in order to participate and prior attendance will be verified.

FREE Escape Alive Level 2 (EA2) - 3.5-4-hour session that builds on EA1- The Basics. We are offering this Level 2 (EA2) class for participants who have participated in one of our Escape Alive Level 1 (EA1) classes in the past. 

In this EA2 class, we will review the material presented in EA1 and then add to the strategies and techniques previously taught. There will be more striking practice with new strikes and combinations. We will cover strategies against attacks such as grabs, chokes, what to do if knocked to the ground, and how to take an attacker off balance.  We will also cover the basics of surviving a knife attack and strategies against an assailant armed with a gun. Participants should be prepared for a workout but can work at their own pace. Space is limited to the first 25 registrants.

Option for one-on-one attack simulation with instructor in padded suit.
