Please note that these classes include content involving sexual crimes and may be difficult or triggering for some.

This 4-hour class will cover:

  • Firsthand survivor stories & experiences

  • Confidence-building skills

  • Striking skills to enable escape

  • Awareness tips

  • Comprehensive verbal and physical prevention strategies

  • Option for one-on-one attack simulation with instructor in padded suit

In memory of
Gary M. Reho
1953-2023

Gary Reho, who was a Naugatuck resident and beloved trainer in our Escape Alive Survival Skills® program in partnership with East Coast Training Systems, sadly passed away on July 12, 2023. In lieu of flowers, his family asked that people please consider making a donation to our Escape Alive Survival Skills program in his memory. Gary loved participating as a trainer for East Coast Training Systems and our Escape Alive Survival Skills self-defense program for women and girls, and we are holding this class in his memory thanks to the Reho family and generous donors.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Reho family.
