Women & girls 12 years of age and older.
This 4-hour class will cover:
Firsthand survivor stories & experiences
Confidence-building skills
Striking skills to enable escape
Awareness tips
Comprehensive verbal and physical prevention strategies
Option for one-on-one attack simulation with instructor in padded suit
Please note that these classes include content involving sexual crimes
and may be difficult or triggering for some.
